Before submitting the Application Form, students must be officially nominated by their home university. We may accept late nominations upon agreement of both parties. The nomination should be sent to the International Relations Office and include the following information:

• name and surname of the nominee
• date of birth
• e-mail
• gender
• field of study/academic area
• level of study
• year of study

Exchange students are encouraged to participate in orientation sessions which are held at the beginning of each semester.
