Erasmus+

W tym roku czas przed świętami wielkanocnymi był dla naszych zagranicznych studentów bardzo intensywny.

A wszystko zaczęło się od niespodzianki. Koordynatorki Działu Wymiany Akademickiej i Projektów Erasmus+ wcieliły się w rolę pomocników zajączka wielkanocnego. Specjalne przesyłki ze słodką zawartością trafiły wprost w ręce studentów.

Następnie w ramach lektoratu z języka polskiego studenci zagraniczni programu Erasmus+ zapoznali się z naszymi świątecznymi tradycjami i smakami. Było wiosennie, kolorowo i wesoło. Zajęcia poprowadził niezastąpiony dr hab. Stanisław Cygan, profesor UJK.

Następnie odwiedziliśmy Instytut Dizajnu w Kielcach, gdzie studenci poznali kolejne polskie tradycje, ale przede wszystkim otrzymali gotowe biskwitowe talerze i ozdobili je według własnego pomysłu. Przeważała oczywiście tematyka wielkanocno-wiosenna: pisanki i kwiaty.

Teraz talerze są szkliwione i wypalane drugi raz, co sprawi, że staną się błyszczące i bezpieczne dla żywności. Następnie gotowe dzieła trafią w ręce autorów i będą doskonałą pamiątką z pobytu w Kielcach.

This year, the time leading up to Easter was very busy for our international students.
And it all started with a surprise. The coordinators of the Office for Academic Exchange and Erasmus+ Projects took on the role of the Easter Bunny’s helpers. Special packages filled with sweets were delivered straight into the students’ hands.

Next, as part of their Polish language classes, Erasmus+ students learned about our holiday traditions and flavors. The atmosphere was spring-like, colorful, and cheerful. The class was led by the indispensable Dr. habil. Stanisław Cygan, Professor at the Jan Kochanowski University.

After that, we visited the Institute of Design in Kielce, where the students discovered more Polish traditions but, most importantly, received ready-made bisque plates, which they decorated according to their own ideas. Naturally, Easter and spring themes—Easter eggs and flowers—dominated the designs.

The plates are now being glazed and fired for the second time, which will make them shiny and food-safe. Once finished, these beautiful creations will return to their authors as a wonderful keepsake from their stay in Kielce.
